Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good and the same condition that you recieved it.  Your item must be in the original packaging inclusive of boxes, plastic wrappings, tie wires, reading materials etc.

You must have your item receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once CSSL receives your item.  We will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.   We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved.  We will initiate a refund to you via cash/cheque.  You will receive the credit within 30 days of the return being approved.

If you return is not approved.  You will be asked to collect the item within 30 days of the phone call.  if the 30 days is up the item will be disposed off.

Shipping

You will be responsible for returning the item and collecting your refund.  If CSSL has to come to collect the item and deliver refund.  A deduction of $250.00 will be made from your refund.
