“Why not just use a cell phone instead of Care Angel?”

 

The expectation is in an emergency, you will have the cell phone fully charged and with you, be able to open it up and dial AND be able to communicate your name, exact location and emergency.

 

The reality is to make a cell phone call, you have to remember the number, make swipes and multiple presses to call someone. When you are stressed out in an emergency situation.. Simply pressing 1 button is much easier when you are in a panic situation.

 

WHO DO YOUR CHILDREN SPEAK TO ON THEIR CELL PHONES?

"How does it work?"

Care Angel is simple to use. Press any one of the 4 emergency buttons and it automatically places a call to the emergency contacts that you have programmed into the system. You don’t need to remember numbers or have to dial a number --- it happens at the press of a button.

 

"How do I set it up?"

Easy! NO need to Worry.   CSSL will handle this for you. You simply provide CSSL with the 4 emergency contact numbers.  They will be programmed in the order you wish.  That's it you are all set.

 

"Can I wear it in the shower?"

The Care Angel device is water resistant. And can be worn in the shower. It should not be submerged under water or be subject to water for any period of time.

 

"Is there a warranty?"

Yes, there is a 1 year full warranty on all of the equipment. If there are any problems in the first year we will replace the part or the entire system.
